  • Q: Where are you located?

    We are conveniently located at 285 and Moreland Avenue.  About 10 minutes from the airport.

  • What would disqualify me from getting into your program?

    Atlanta CDL Training School entrance requirements are as follows:  You must be 18+ years or older.  You must be able to pass the DOT requirements: 1) DOT Physical, 2) DOT Drug Test, 3) Background and Fingerprint investigation  If you are unable to meet the requirements above, you will not qualify for admission into our training school.

  • What does the permit (CLP) test at DDS consist of?

    General knowledge, air brakes, combination vehicles, doubles & triples, tank, passenger and hazmat.  The sections also depend on whether you are taking your test for CDL A or CDL B permit.

  • What qualifications do I need to attend your school and become a CDL driver?

    Atlanta CDL Training School entrance requirements are as follows:  You must be 18+ years or older.  You must be able to pass the DOT requirements of successful completion of 1), DOT Physical 2) DOT Drug Test, 3) Background and Fingerprint investigation.  Contact our office at (678) 400-7812 with any questions or specific requests.

  • Do we have weekend classes?

    Yes, Atlanta CDL Training School offers weekend Classes.  Classes are Saturday and Sunday from 7:30am to 6:30pm.  


    The program will take 8 weeks to complete. 

  • Do I need a permit (CLP) to enroll at the school?

    No, we will provide training for you to get your permit.

  • After graduation, what does the final CDL test at DDS consist of?

    It is a 3 part test; Pre-trip inspection, a Skills test, and the road driving rest.  You must pass the pre-trip to advance to the other parts of the test.

  • How long is your CDL B Class?

    CDL B classes are 2 weeks and 70 hours of instruction.
