- Pass a DOT Physical exam and Drug Screen
- Possess a GED or High School Diploma**
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Submit your 7-year Motor Vehicle Report from DDS

All applicants who meet the criteria specified below, will be required to sign an enrollment agreement upon acceptance to our school.
*For applicants under the age of 21, currently DOT laws state that you will only be able to drive intrastate.
**Individuals without a high school diploma or GED can be admitted provided such applicants are able to pass an ability-to-benefit examination, Wonderlic (WBST) Test, which will be administered by the school prior to attending. There is an assessment fee for testing.
This test assesses the student's ability to read, write and understand the English language as well as some basic mathematics. Students must take all 3 portions:
- Language: Minimum score of 42
- Reading: Minimum score of 43
- Numerical: Minimum score of 41
