Terms & Conditions 

Applicant Terms & Conditions

For the Applicant:

  • You understand and agree to adhere to the State of Georgia’s DOT requirements that require you to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check to be admitted into our training program.  These services will be provided at no upfront costs to the applicant, unless the applicant fails any phase of the testing requirement, at which point the applicant will be charged the cost of testing.

  • You understand and agree that a hold will be placed on your debit/credit card for the ordering of your DOT Drug Screen and Background Check at the date of your scheduled orientation.

  • You understand and agree that all fees, additional services and/or requirements to determine eligibility for Atlanta CDL Training School is the sole responsibility of the applicant.


  • You understand and agree that Tuition is payable in FULL within 5 business days of receiving your admission letter into Atlanta CDL Training School

  • You understand and agree that all fees, including Tuition, are NONREFUNDABLE.

  • You understand and agree that Atlanta CDL Training School has the right to reschedule your course-start date as deemed necessary due to class-related or administrative conflicts.

  • You understand and agree that if you are unable to adhere to your course-start date, you can receive a one-time credit to your Atlanta CDL Training School account for your Registration Fee only, if notice is given 48 hours prior to your course-start date, and you must reschedule within 30 days of your original course-start date

  • Atlanta CDL Training School accepts only the forms of payments listed below: 

    • All Certified Checks, and major Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover, AMEX, Etc.)

    • Financial Aid that meets or exceeds the Tuition Fee charge/amount
